We have a variety of vehicles to choose from, including the sleek and stylish Mercedes-Benz E class, the luxurious Mercedes-Benz S class, and the spacious Mercedes-Benz V class, which can comfortably seat up to 6 people.

1. For Airport Pick-up/Dropoff is 24 hours before Pick-up/Dropoff.
2. For tours around Ireland using the V class is 24 hours before the Pick-up date/time.
3. For multy day tour is 5 days cancellation policy. 

If you need to cancel an airport pickup/dropoff, please give us 24 hours’ notice. If you’re planning a tour around Ireland with the V class, we also require 24 hours’ notice before the pickup date/time. For multi-day tours, we have a 5-day cancellation policy.

Yes, we do! We would be happy to provide you with drop-off and pickup services for your special events.

1. It can be done on hourly rates if the person requires hourly rates but we usually agree a price with the customer before hand. Hourly rates start at €65 per hour around Dublin. 
2. For tours around the country is based on hourly rates and + the km/the distance. 
3. For multy days trip the price should include the driver meal and accommodation. 

We usually agree on a price with our customers before the trip, but if you prefer hourly rates, those start at €65 per hour for trips around Dublin. For tours around the country, we charge by the hour and the distance. Note that multi-day trips include the driver’s meals and accommodation in the price.

1. We are based in Dublin 6 and we do not charge from base to pick up if the pickup is in Dublin. 

Our base is located in Dublin 6, and we do not charge for travel from the base to the pick-up point if the pick-up is in Dublin.

1. All my vehicle are insured and yes, it is included innthe booking fees. 

Yes, all of our vehicles are fully insured, and the insurance is included in the booking fee.

1. Yes. We never disclose customer information to other parties. 

Absolutely! Your privacy is important to us, and we will never disclose your information to third parties.

Complimentary water bottles.

1. WiFi if required.
2. Child seat if required.

To ensure a comfortable and convenient ride, we stock our vehicles with complimentary water bottles, and offer WiFi and child seats if requested.

1. One day notice is sufficient by text, via email or phone call.
2. Will also accept instant bookings. 

For a guaranteed reservation, we suggest giving us a day’s notice, but we also accept instant bookings. You can contact us by text, email, or phone call.

1. Mercedes-Benz E class – 4 people including hand luggage 
2. Mercedes-Benz S class – 4 people including hand luggage. 
3. Mercedes-Benz V class – 6 people including luggage. 

The Mercedes-Benz E class and S class can each comfortably seat 4 passengers, including hand luggage. For bigger groups of travellers, our spacious Mercedes-Benz V class can accommodate up to 6 passengers, including luggage.

1. We will get another car to bring you to the destination.

Don’t worry. In the unlikely event of an accident, we will arrange for another vehicle to take you to your destination.

1. We provide Hand Sanitiser gel
2. We can set up a safety screen if the customer requires. 
3. Mask can be used if customer requires.

Your health and safety are our top priority, which is why we provide hand sanitiser gel and can also set up a safety screen or provide masks upon request.

1. Yes, you can.

Yes, you can certainly book a vehicle for someone else and pay with your credit card.

1. Yes.

Yes, you’re welcome to visit our office in person to see the vehicles and make a reservation.

1. Yes, for tours- we take deposits 
2. Not necessarily for Airport Pick-up/Dropoff 
3. We can also send you a payment link to pay securely for the trip as many credit cards may not work, e.g. American express…ect.

For tours, we require a deposit to secure your reservation. For airport pickup/dropoff, a payment in advance is optional. However, we do offer a secure payment link if needed, as some credit cards may not work with our system.
